KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken, cooked and deboned
2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. tortillas (12) torn into pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped

Mix: 1/2 can rotel tomatoes 1 c. chicken broth

Layer 8 x 11 1/2 inch casserole dish with 1/2 of tortillas, 1/2 deboned chicken, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 onion. Pour 1/2 soup, rotel and broth mixture over bottom layer. Repeat layers and pour remaining mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
