KING'S RANCH CHICKEN 
2 cans Swanson's chicken (5 oz. each)
1 lb. grated cheddar
1 pkg. plain tortilla chips
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 can Rotel
Garlic powder

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and tortilla chips, in long casserole dish. (Use the garlic powder as a light seasoning.) Arrange tortilla chips over mixture; cover with grated cheddar. Cover with a foil "tent" and bake at 350 degrees until cheese has melted, about 30 to 45 minutes. DO NOT use the entire can of Rotel as the dish will be too spicy.
