CATHEDRAL COOKIES 
3 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkg. colored mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts angle flakes coconut

Melt chocolate and butter add in beaten egg, mix well. Add in powdered sguar and vanilla. Add marshmallows and nuts. Form into rolls on waxed paper with coconut sprinkled on the paper. Chill at least a day. Serve sliced.
