1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container whipped topping
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding or French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and put half of crumbs in 9"x13" pan.

Mix cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping.

In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Combine cream cheese mixture and pudding and pour into pan over crumb mixture.
