WILD RICE PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
1 1/2 c. water
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms & juice
1/3 sm. jar instant chicken bouillon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 pork chops

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil (enough to seal over top casserole). Then add first 5 ingredients. Brown and season 4 to 6 pork chops. Place on top of mixture. Seal foil over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
