SHRIMP MOUSSE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 can tomato soup 1 can milk 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 3/4 c. celery, finely chopped 3/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 2 cans small shrimp (do not use frozen) Wheat Thins Mix soup and milk, heat and add cream cheese and store over heat until cheese is completely melted. Mix gelatin in cold water then add to soup mixture, set aside to cool. When soup mixture is cooled add to it the celery, onion, shrimp and mayonnaise. Place in mold and refrigerate overnight or until mold is well set. Serve with Wheat Thins. |
