1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Kelloggs Special K
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and syrup to boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stir until blended. Add Special K and stir until well coated. Press into buttered 9x13 pan.
