ITALIAN CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 (32 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
Sliced Mozzarella
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Pound each chicken breast with mallet or edge of saucer. Dredge in whipped egg and then cover with Italian bread crumbs on both sides. Lightly brown in heated oil. (Can spray with cooking spray instead of oil.) Remove chicken breasts to Pyrex baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Place a slice of cheese on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
