APPLE CRISP 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 (20 oz.) cans apple pie filling
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg at low speed with mixer until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Blend brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pie filling. Blend sour cream, 1 egg and vanilla. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until top is golden brown.
