OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2-3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix cheese, paprika and Bisquick together. Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk and coat with cheese mixture. Place skin side up on ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
