CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. can cherry pie filling
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk

Mix and bake cake according to directions on box. Put into 9x13 inch pan. Cool. Beat cream cheese with milk. Add pudding mix, beat well. Spread on top of cake. Top with cherry pie filling. Store in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
