1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. drained, shredded or ground, unpeeled cucumber
1/4 c. finely sliced green onion

Dissolve Jello in water. Add the softened cheese, salad dressing, horseradish and salt. Beat until smooth. Add the lemon juice. Chill until partly set. Stir in cucumber and onion. Put in a prepared mold. Chill. Serve with tuna or salmon. Serves 4.
