PARFAIT SALAD 
1st Layer:

1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. chopped apples

Mix and let chill.

2nd Layer:

1 pkg. lemon jello
juice from No. 2 can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Heat pineapple juice and dissolve jello; let cool a little and add cream cheese (I use blender). Then mix in the chopped nuts and chill about 15 minutes.

3rd Layer:

1 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
drained pineapple

Mix and let chill about 20 minutes.

After all layers are set, pour on top of each other. Use loaf pan or glass bowl.
