LAURIE'S PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops
Flour
Mustard
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans Campbell's chicken with rice soup, undiluted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flour pork chops and brown in a skillet. Butter the bottom of a 10x6 baking pan. Spread mustard on browned chops and place in buttered pan. Spread 2 cans of undiluted soup over chops. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered. Check at 45 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water if necessary to prevent sticking.
