RYAN'S PORK AND BEAN BAKE 
2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans
5 or 6 lean pork chops
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
5 or 6 onion slices
5 or 6 lemon sliced, or some lemon juice
Prepared mustard

Spread beans into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange chops over beans. Dash chops with pepper, then spread tops lightly with mustard; sprinkle brown sugar on top and spread with catsup. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Then place onion and lemon slice on top of each other. Bake 15 minutes. Serves 5 or 6 people. It's great!
