PORK CHOPS WITH THYME AND HONEY
4 pork chops
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. fresh or dried thyme
3 tbsp. honey

Melt butter in skillet. Wash chops and pat dry. Spread half the honey over one side of the chops, sprinkle with half the thyme and place honey side down in skillet. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

While chops are cooking, spread the remaining honey and thyme on top. Turn and cook another 10 minutes or until done. Nudge chops occasionally with wooden spoon to prevent sticking.

When done, remove and pour sauce over. If too thick, thin sauce with a bit of white wine.
