1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
6 Hershey candy bars or 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

Mix the butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, flour and salt. Spread mixture into a 10"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While still warm, lay 6 Hershey candy bars on chocolate chips on top. Put into the oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread candy bars (chocolate chips). Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
