MIXED SEASONING (FOR FISH OR
MEATS)
 
Use relatively even portions of the following:

Fresh thyme
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil leaves
Scallions
Onions (use more onions than the other ingredients)
Garlic cloves
Red peppers
Green peppers
Celery

Wash and mix ingredients and chop finely in food processor. Add a little water to facilitate chopping. Add enough salt to taste it in mixture. Add some ground black pepper.

Salt preserves the mixture which can last for weeks. Bottle and keep on hand to season your fish and meats. If enough salt is used, it does not need refrigeration.
