MOCK LOBSTER 
1 lb. haddock
1 onion
1 can either frozen shrimp soup, thawed or cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. melted butter
30 Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Place fish in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with onion. Cover with soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix butter with crushed crackers; add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Sprinkle over fish; cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
