MUSTARD MEAT 
1 c. mustard
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
English cut beef roast

Add all ingredients. Marinate roast; turn frequently, piercing with fork. Scrape off mustard, then broil 10 minutes each side. Cook longer for well done meat. Marinade can be saved and used again. Cook with chicken too.
