DELI MEATS MUSTARD SPREAD 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/4 lb. assorted thinly sliced deli meats
Thin red onion slices
Flowering kale or parsley

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and prepared horseradish in small bowl. Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors. Shortly before serving, arrange deli meats, onions and kale or parsley on large tray around bowl of mustard spread. Makes about 20 servings.
