“MUSTARD SAUCE FOR MEATS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  PESTO SAUCE

MUSTARD SAUCE FOR MEATS 
1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. Coleman's Dry Mustard
mix and add 1 egg yolk
1/4 pint cream
1/2 cup vinegar

Cook all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not boil.

Serve with ham, sardines, and various kinds of meat sandwiches and salads.
