NANCY'S YUPPIE CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
8 slices bacon
1 jar dried beef
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Wrap each chicken breast with bacon strip. Cover bottom of greased baking dish 10 x 10 x 2 inches with dried beef (shredded). Arrange chicken over top of beef. Mix soup (no milk) with sour cream. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours (2 hours covered) (1 hour uncovered). Serve with rice or noodles and salad.
