HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 bottle Certo
3/4 to 1 c. ground green pepper
3 1/2 oz. can jalapeno peppers (remove seeds if you wish)
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Few drops of green food coloring

Bring to a boil green peppers, jalapeno peppers, sugar and vinegar and simmer until clear. Add Certo and green coloring. Boil 1 minute. Skim, strain and pour into glasses. Cover with paraffin. Very good served with cream cheese and crackers.
