STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, chopped including tops
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
Milk

Bake potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise. Spoon potato into bowl. Set shells aside. To potato, add sour cream, butter, cream cheese, onions, salt, pepper, and thyme. Whip until light. Add milk only if necessary. Fold in cheese. Fill shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Crinkle foil around potato halves. Carefully put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
