PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops (may substitute chicken)
1 lg. sliced onion
3 c. uncooked Minute rice
3 cubes chicken bouillon
4 c. boiling water

Brown pork chops in a little oil, saute onion. Put rice in bottom of a 9x13 inch greased pan. Lay pork chops on top of rice and the sauteed onions on top of the chops. Dissolve bouillon cubes into the boiling water. Pour over the top of the pork chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for 15 to 30 minutes longer.
