PEPPERMINT PARTY PIE 
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine above and press into 9-inch pie plate. Chill.

FILLING:

1/4 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1/4 c. crushed peppermint

Combine above and spread over cookie crust. Dab a few drops of chocolate syrup on top and swirl through. Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top. Freeze.

NOTE: This makes a delicious after-dinner dessert at Christmas, especially when using crushed red and green peppermint candy canes. Serves 6.
