PEPPERMINT CHIFFON PIE 
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. water
3 beaten egg whites

1 c. heavy cream whipped 1 c. crushed peppermint stick candy 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring

Soften gelatin in water, dissolved over hot water. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in sugar. Add gelatin carefully. Fold in stiffly whipped cream, crushed candy, and flavoring. Pour into chocolate crust and chill.

CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. butter

Mix, shape in pie tin and chill.
