IDIOT ROLLS 
2 eggs
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
7 c. self-rising flour

In small bowl, mix butter, Crisco and boiling water until melted. Set aside to cool. Mix eggs, cold water and sugar in large bowl.

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Mix all ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Add flour and beat well. Cover lightly and place in refrigerator. When ready to use, roll out on floured board and cut with biscuit cutter. Dip in melted butter and place close together in well-greased pan. Cover and let stand 1 hour to rise. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until well browned.
