1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Combine the above ingredients. Fry in oil.
