FROZEN PEACH CREAM PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (!4 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. pared, chopped peaches, pureed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Few drops yellow and red food coloring (optional)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts
Additional peach slices

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then pureed peaches, lemon juice, extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Pour equal portions into crusts. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional peaches. Return ungarnished leftovers to freezer.
