MAURICE SALAD 
1/2 head hearts of lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. julienne ham
1/2 c. julienne Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. sweet pickle, chopped
1/3 c. julienne tomato
Avocado (optional)
Ripe olives (optional)
Bibb lettuce (optional)
Artichoke hearts (optional)

DRESSING:

1 tsp. chives or onions, finely chopped
1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
3 tbsp. salad dressing
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. worcestershire
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash salt

Combine dressing and toss with salad when ready to serve. Serves 2 to 4.
