BEER HALL PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. grated Colby cheese

CRUST TOPPING:

3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Grease deep pie dish. Saute hamburger and onion. Add spices and press in pan. Put on cheese. Blend topping and pour over top. Bake 30 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
