CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3 lb. cooked chicken 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread mix (use only 1/2 pkg.) 1 pkg. stuffing mix (use only 1/2 pkg.) 1 stick butter, melted 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. chicken broth Mix together ingredients. Save enough Pepperidge Farm mix to sprinkle on top. Put into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour on 350 degrees. Just before it's done, put balance of mix on top and brown. Serves 6 to 8. |
