BEER BROILED SHRIMP 
3/4 c. beer
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shelled and deveined

Combine beer, oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Add shrimp and stir. Cover, let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Drain, reserving marinade.

Place shrimp on greased broiler rack and broil 4-5 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn and brush with marinade. Broil 2-4 minutes more or until light pink.
