BEER BROILED SHRIMP 
2 lb. lg. unpeeled raw shrimp
3/4 c. light beer
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
Vegetable cooking spray

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on, set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients, mix and pour over shrimp. Toss well to coat, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Coat broiler rack with cooking spray; thread shrimp on skewers and broil 3 to 4 minutes on one side and 1 to 2 minutes on the other side. Serves 6. 144 calories per serving.
