ITALIAN BROILED SHRIMP 
3 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. minced garlic
4 tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. drawn butter sauce

Shell shrimp, leaving tails on. Dry and dust with flour. Stir oil and butter into flat baking dish. Put shrimp in dish; broil at medium heat for 8 minutes. Add garlic and parsley to drawn butter sauce. Pour over shrimp. Stir until shrimp are coated. Broil 2 minutes. Serves 6.
