BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 (4 lb.) chicken, cut in pieces
Flour
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3 c. canned tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. sugar
3 c. whole kernel corn
3 c. lima beans
1 box frozen okra

Dredge chicken pieces in flour. In large fry pan, heat oil over medium heat. Lightly brown chicken, add onions and cook, stirring occasionally until onions are clear. Add tomatoes and seasonings, cover with baking dish cover and simmer 30 minutes.
