BARBECUED BEEF AND BEANS 
2 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
Salt & pepper
1 c. smoke flavored barbecue sauce
1 c. beef bouillon
2 (1 lb.) cans dry lima beans, drained
1/4 c. onion (opt.)

Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker with barbecue sauce and bouillon. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add drained beans and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes. If onion is added, place in slow cooker with barbecue sauce, bouillon and meat. Makes 6 servings.
