CHILI 
2 tsp. butter or bacon drippings
1 chopped onion
1 lb. super lean ground beef
2 tbsp. ground chili
3/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. cumin
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans onion soup
2 (16 oz.) cans drained kidney beans

Cook onion in butter or drippings until translucent. Brown meat and drain. Add this and spices and garlic to the onion. Stir in soups and beans; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes until mixture thickens. Serves 4-6.
