CHALLAH 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
5 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
Raisins
Sesame seeds

Put butter into boiling water. Stir in eggs. Pour over dry mixture and mix. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise. Braid and glaze with egg white. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
