SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (27 oz.) an sauerkraut, drained
2 c. uncooked egg noodles
1/2 can water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese (any kind)

Brown meat and onion. Layer half of meat in baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut and top with remaining meat. Put uncooked noodles on top. Mix soup and water. Pour over dry noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Take out. Add cheese on top and bake 30 minutes longer.
