SAUERKRAUT & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
2 green peppers, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
1 (16 oz.) spiral macaroni, cooked & drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef stock
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 lg. onions, chopped
16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Cook sauerkraut about 30 minutes. Saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms and bacon together. Add to sauerkraut. Stir in cooked macaroni. Combine beef stock and cream of mushroom soup. Blend into sauerkraut mixture. Place into casserole dish, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: any type of gravy may be used instead of the beef stock and mushroom soup mixture.
