SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
3-4 strips uncooked bacon
2 lb. bag sauerkraut
Brown sugar to taste
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
3-4 med. size potatoes
1 can tomatoes
2-3 pork chops, browned

Line bottom of casserole with bacon strips; cover with sauerkraut; add brown sugar. Place pork chops on top. Then add slices of onion and potatoes. Add 1 can of tomatoes. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
