TERIYAKI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, chopped

Form ground beef into balls. Place in large flat roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 275 degrees. Serve warm.
