GROUND PORK MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground pork 3/4 c. soda cracker crumbs 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt Mix above ingredients. Form into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in skillet and drain. Add sauce and simmer 30 minutes. SAUCE: 1/2 c. catsup 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. soy sauce VARIATION: Any favorite barbecue sauce can be used. |
