RUTH'S BAKED
MACARONI/CHEESE/BEEF DELIGHT
 
1 lb. macaroni (#35)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Dash of sugar

Cook macaroni until almost tender. While macaroni is cooking, steam onion in large skillet. Add beef to onions and cook on low flame. Add garlic salt, curry powder, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Cook until brown. Add spaghetti sauce. Steam for 10 minutes. Add sauce mixture to macaroni and stir lightly. Pour half of macaroni into a large pan. Sprinkle with 1 package of Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Add the rest of the macaroni on top of the cheese. Add remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until nicely browned.
