I was unsure about these cookies because of the texture after 10-12 minutes. They taste wonderful though! I wonder though, is anyone else's rather crumbly? Mine tend to fall apart in my hands.

I have been making a very similar recipe for quite a few years now, the only thing I do differently is use light brown sugar instead of granulated, add 1 tsp. of baking soda, and I love breaking up Reeses Peanut butter cups and adding. I mix all ingredients up before adding the candy, and believe it or not, for some reason, the over-powering sugar is masked. This is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe (only with the Reeses) otherwise, they're too sweet for me also.

I have a batch of these in the oven now, this is the first easy recipe that I've used and it came out perfect. Very straightforward. I'm a new wife and my new hubby smells them and thinks I've gone through a lot of trouble for him ;) Love it!

Can you use the peanut butter with nuts?

Hi Erica (Texas), I used Smart Balance Chunky and they came out terrific. I followed other posted advice & used 1/4 cup cane sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1t vanilla and 1 tbsp. flour. This recipe is so good and easy. My 18 yr old son who doesn't compliment anything said they were good, hence the 5 stars just for hearing those words from him!!

I was pretty skeptical at first, weird sounding recipe, but I JUST made some, and OMG they are fantastic. I made them with 1 1/2 cup PB and 1 cup sugar and 1 extra large egg. Perfection indeed.

Wow, fun and easy. I did this with my 5 year old daughter and we put on chocolate chips in different designs just for fun. The great thing about a recipe with three ingredients is that you are bound to have everything one hand! Thanks for sharing this tasty recipe.

I was wanting to make some type of goodies, but didn't have too much in the cupboard to bake with. These were fast, easy and had all the ingredients... and most of all: YUM! First time using this recipe and they turned out GOOD! I used 1/2 cup of brown sugar (instead of the cup of granulated), 2 tablespoons of cocoa, coconut, 2 packs of instant oatmeal (didn't have any quick oats) and some vanilla. They kind of remind me of the no bake cookies I use to make with my grandma when I was a kid, not as good as the no bakes - but they are still fabulous!! Thank you!!

I made these & they were so good I used brown sugar & added a 1/2 cup of boxed pancake mix... They turned out perfect & not too sweet! I had some leftover dough so I mixed a teaspoon of orange marmalade in & got 5 more cookies that were excellent! Wow!!

Wow, I was craving homemade peanut butter cookies that were not too sweet. It was a cold day and I did not want to do 12 steps, plus I was out of butter and did not want to go to the store. I made this in 15 min total, including bake time. They were simply wonderful. I added M&M's. My son and I cleared them in 2 days. Two days later I made them again with only 3/4 cup sugar, honey roast crunchy peanut butter mixed with plain peanut butter (to equal 1 cup) and M&M's. Simply delish. Thanks for the submission!

I must admit, i was very unsure of this recipe. I mean, no flour? They, in the end, were very delicious.
