1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream next 3 ingredients. Spread over bottom layer. Next combine pudding and milk. Pour over top. Top with more Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
