AUNT MARY'S CHILI | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 can crushed tomatoes 1 lg. can kidney beans 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash Tabasco sauce In large skillet brown ground beef. Add onions, saute until transparent. Pour into large pot. Add tomato soup and 1 can of water. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Cover, reduce to low heat. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, adjust seasoning to taste. |
